Eco-Healing is a broad term referring to nature’s capacity
to heal and nurture us.

Nature’s healing gifts come in a variety of size and shapes.  Eco-Healing is a full spectrum experience gracing your body, mind, and spirit with renewal. You may already be or already have participated in eco-healing, but you didn’t call it that.

Look and see how many of these reported eco-healing activities you have experienced.

How many of these things are true about your life?

_______   Spend time in nature on a regular basis
_______   Find yourself wishing you could spend more time in nature
_______   Garden as a hobby or occasionally
_______   Enjoy coming across a wild, non-threatening animal
